Information guide of ResNet
This guide is intended to give you detailed information on campus residential computer network. It was written for students to reside on campus. It is strongly recommended that you read this document in its entirety. If you do this more than likely saves you time, money and effort, once you arrive on campus (not to mention, it will feel a little cooler). We encourage parents to read this guide, too. However, parents, please make sure that the student read this as some details explain what they will need to do on a daily basis to gain access to the network.
We expect that will come to a full understanding of the information contained in this guide. If you have any questions, please address them before you arrive. You can find our contact details on our page "contact us".
In addition to the information contained in this document Cal Poly information technologies Services Web site contains a number of additional information, computer. Much of this information applies to accounts of student and campus computers. These documents outline the policies that hold true throughout campus, including the Hall of residence. You must read all the legal stuff, contained on the site. We welcome and congratulate you on your acceptance to Cal Poly!
